After shaping our organization through a period of exciting growth and change, our executive director is moving on to pursue new opportunities. We are seeking not simply a replacement. We are seeking an individual who will bring the vision, skills, and creativity to write the next chapter in the story of Bridges to Belonging.

You can manage multiple projects and initiatives, and can make order out of competing deadlines and obligations. Confident in the organization’s place in the wider ecosystem, you are a natural collaborator and supporter of others, and can manage the organization’s place in multiple collaboratives.
You know that a diverse team enriches us all, and you help each team member to do their best. They are enabled to share their strengths to maximize the collective impact, and you make room for creativity, sharing, and healthy debate. You can see down the road for future staffing needs, and you believe in the ongoing training, mentorship, and support of your team.
You may not be a financial expert, but you are able to manage a budget of approximately $450,000 and growing. As a relationship builder, you are continuously growing a network to draw on for grants, fundraising, and donations. You seek healthy growth of the organization’s budget to build on our impact in the community.
Perhaps most importantly, you know that you don’t have all of the answers, and are eager to learn, seek mentorship relationships, and engage others for support. You gain support of, and give support to, the board of directors, and together you steer the organization towards our collective vision.

- One year renewable employment contract (funding dependent)
- $58,000 to $68,000 salary range (dependent on experience)
- Full-time hours with a flexible schedule to accommodate meetings and events
- 3 weeks vacation
